Restaurante Arriaga

Restaurante Arriaga was beautiful from the entrance to the dessert. Our meal consisted of 9 dishes and wine pairings. Lunch was delightfully well presented and the waitstaff was really kind. It’s clear that there is a lot of thought on flavors and presentation to each dish. The views of Granada are really nice and I would love to see the vibes of this restaurant at night. This restaurant would be good for a date or small gathering. I’d imagine private events here are wonderful as well. My favorite dish was the duck liver pate topped with truffle.

Ruta del Veleta

Ruta del Veleta is on an unassuming street in Granada. It’s a beautifully decorated, quiet, clean, and the service is very attentive. The plates are very attractive and it’s quite clear there was a lot of thought going into the designs of the dishes. It’s truly art and maybe the best restaurant in Granada. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was of quality.

I really enjoyed my visit here and I highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a date night or even a night out with friends. It’s definitely pricier than your typical night out but worth the cost!

La reina kitchen bar

Directly behind one of Granada’s most famous statues and most popular meeting place, Plaza Isabel Católica, is a chic restaurant La Reina Kitchen Bar. Owned by the Marquis Hotels, it’s fairly new (1 year) and I’m certain this restaurant will continue to be a new millennial hot spot. The restaurant interior is super chic and modern for a girls night that includes garnished cocktails and sushi bites. The menu skews towards the vegetarian side which is refreshing. Sometimes I drool just looking at their Instagram!

Marquis Hotels also has opened a vegetarian/super food restaurant next door called Wild Food Cafeteria which I’m also quite excited about. Don’t get me wrong, I love jamon but sometimes a quick veggie fix is necessary!
